Day 18 – Protein Powder on my boob

I slept in by 20 whole minutes. I had the most deepest sleep ever, I felt great when I woke up and then had to run around like a blue arsed fly to get to the gym in time. Unfortunately again my beloved stair master was taken by someone else who doesn’t appreciate it as much as I do, and cannot complete the same acrobatic stunts that I can. So a visit to the treadmill was how I started my morning with the last 10 minutes involving me practising my routine which got a few stares from people in the car park. A bit of posing practise and then off to work.

Some mornings I have porridge with protein powder but when I reheat it at work it turns to concrete. So I had the brilliant idea of bringing them in separately and mixing it at work once I had heated my porridge up. It all went smoothly, tasted brilliant and once eaten I continued with my working day. Later that morning I went to the toilets and noticed in the mirror that I had been walking around and attending meetings with protein powder on the underside of my right boob. That’s chocolate coloured powder on my black work dress, so it showed up pretty well. I would advise that this is not a good look and does not make you look professional at all.

Another busy day at work but managed to get out for a walk with Gary but this time without any rage just general gossiping.

Today’s workout was shoulders, with a legs finisher and cardio session. I am starting to feel that tired towards the end of the day that I forget how hungry I am which I suppose is a good thing. The bad thing is that I am fatiguing very quickly during my workouts. However as shoulders is my favourite workout I managed to stick to the weights and reps I did last week but it was a hard push to get the last reps out. The grunting and strange facial expressions were probably extreme, so much so that I will probably be single for the rest of my life.

Feeling positive still about the next 17 days, still focused as hell to look a good as I can on stage but not really liking my training at the moment, again I think this is because my energy is so low and I am at the gym for a million hours everyday. Just taking each day as it comes.
