So today was rest day and I actually didn’t wake up until 7am which is a lie in for me. So I decide to go wild and go and get my breakfast (protein porridge with egg whites) and stay in bed watching tv all warm and cosy with the cat.

Spent the most of the day packing up my remaining stuff to move to my new home, eating and sleeping. I had the best day ever (its very tiring wok eating on a no carbs day).

Went to the gym around 4 ish to complete my cardio which was 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the stairway to heaven.

Went to the stables and was supposed to ride the horse, but my friend Lisa and I were too busy chatting about body building and Strong Woman comps that we ran out of time. It’s inspiring to talk to other people who are enthusiastic and passionate about something, especially a sport as I can relate to that.

I have felt pretty hungry today but I think it has mostly been the fact that I am thirsty as I have been in the house with the heating on all day – I am like a dried up prune I am that dehydrated.

So not much to report on today however that can only mean one thing, that’s right we can move swiftly on to Facebook ‘Friend’ message of the day;

Before I start I would like to point out that there has been a lot of love and good wishes on the messages today, plus around 5 marriage proposals. This is all lovely, but lets just keep it to the well wishes for a successful body building experience and not romance or marriage – I have been put off this for life.

‘Friend’: Would you like to have some Egyptian love, kisses and sex?

Me: No thanks

‘Friend’: its very good, you will like it

Me: honestly I am fine. No thank you

‘Friend’: are you still there? The Egyptian love is still here

Blocked. One’friend’ simply wrote ‘wow you have big tits’. I think he could have been looking at someone else’s profile. I am a bit disappointed with the messages today as they have been pretty normal and very nice. Let’s hope some weird ones are sent tomorrow.
