So I went to bed on wednesday night at a responsible time ready for another good nights sleep. I fell asleep pretty much straight away from what I could remember. However at precisely 1:10am I was woken by one of the other house inhabitants (I won’t call him a housemate as a) I don’t know him and b) I want to kill him right now) starting a phone conversation. I would just like to point out that in around a months time I will be moving out to my own home so will not have to share my space with anyone ever again for the rest of my life. Anyway, this phone call continues and I think its ok it must be important I will put in my ear plugs and will be able to sleep. After trying to get to sleep for what felt for about 30 minutes I check my phone, 3:58am and this bastard phone call is still going on. So up I get and directly but politely tell him to continue this conversation during the day as I need to sleep and will be up in one and a half hours. Finally there is silence and I manage to get a bit of sleep.
Stupidly I thought that because I am not training and have posing practise scheduled for today that I wouldn’t be that tired. So posing practise in the morning at the gym fasted went down well, it was at lunchtime that it hit me. It was quite stuffy at work so Gary (my lunchtime walking partner) and I decided to go out for a little stroll to clear our heads. Half way round our route I had to stop as I thought I was going to be violently sick. Thankfully Gary distracted me by talking about different things and I managed to make it back to work. I felt purely drained and very ill for the rest of the afternoon so left a bit earlier and thankfully Clair at the stables said she would sort out my horse for me. I went straight home and got straight into bed and slept.
Woke around 7pm ish and felt miles better and very refreshed (my super strength sleeping tablets have been delivered so I can take them tonight to ensure I get a good nights sleep). Headed off to the gym to practise some more posing and my routine. Felt pretty good after practise tonight, I am remembering to suck my stomach in and lift my chest and chin whilst smiling (which I find very unnatural) and tensing every muscle included my internal organs (I exaggerate slightly but not much). Ran through my routine a few times and managed to get it filmed and sent off to Sexy Sophie to give it the once over. Her response to the video was ‘oh my god your back!’ – its looking pretty scary but in a good muscley way.
Tomorrow is the last day before comp and I have taken it off work. I have some beauty treatments and errands to run but will mostly trying to stay nice and relaxed and chilled ready for Saturday – eek!
