Had a brilliant nights sleep and woke up in a relatively good mood for a Monday morning. Took myself off to the gym and completed my usual hours cardio on the treadmill (I have fallen out of love with the stairway to heaven at the moment). I was powered by the shuffle function on my music library and it was like a little lucky dip of tunes. A quick 10 minutes posing practise and I was off to work. Now I need to inform you of my daily state once I get to work, I am starving to the point of death so I need to eat quickly. However, today I was still in a good mood until someone changed that very quickly with their lack of manners when I held the door open for them. That was it, I went straight to cranky and updated the Niki Feelings board as shown below;

This mood was made further worse but not worthy of updating my board when Phil (who is 1 foot taller than me) and Gary (who is my lunchtime walking buddy) found it hilarious that I will still be positively mahogany for the celebration breakfast we have after my comp. I chose to ignore them both and I think I might have told Phil to go fuck himself which made him laugh even more.
Fairly busy day at work but Gary and I managed to get out for a walk at lunchtime. I didn’t finish work till late so ate my final meal in the canteen before heading out to the stables. Quickly mucked out the horse and off I went to bring them both in (my horse shares a field with another Gelding – boy horse). We were all quietly minding our own businesss walking down the track to come on to the road which leads to the stables, when this man/boy (I couldn’t work out his age but he was very tall) came walking past us quickly bouncing a basket ball for every stride he took. My horse has never seen this nor heard the noise it makes especially with the echo it created every time he bounced it on the road. It is worth pointing out here that my horse weighs probably near 900kgs roughly and is the size of a house, my friends horse is no shrinking violet either. Mine started to fart arse around and tried to drag me up the road whilst my friends just stayed next to me scared. One sore shoulder later and me shouting at my horse to stop being a giant knob and all is well with the world – this only lasted about 5 seconds but enough for me to feel it in my shoulder. So no carrots for my horse, he was sent to his stable to think about his actions.
Managed to get to the gym but quite late, however got my full leg workout done and just under an hours cardio before I was watched and reminded that it was nearly closing time by the staff member switching all the lights off and wandering around me.
Going to put some cream on my shoulder and take some painkillers and hope that it is ok tomorrow. Let’s hope tomorrow people remember their manners and all basket balls are banned near stables – if I see him again I am going to shove that ball where the sun doesn’t shine.
