Woke up feeling very refreshed, I think I had about 10 hours sleep plus my midday nap yesterday. This morning started differently as I decided to have breakfast first and then go and sort the horse out so he could have a full day out in the sun. Once he was turned out and mucked out I was off to see Sophie at her studio for routine practise. We have decided not to add another song on to the one we have and cut the routine at around 50 seconds. I think this should mean that it doesn’t drag on too much, will keep the judges interested (hopefully) and its less for me to remember.
Completed an hours cardio on the treadmill and had to do the dreaded food shop at prime time shopping. I was there with my chicken, green beans, fish, water and pilau rice whilst everyone else had crisps, chocolate, cakes and pizza. Thankfully I wasn’t in there for long otherwise I may have resorted into stealing someone else’s food off the conveyor belt.
Obviously had to have an afternoon nap after my meal and was back up at around 2 and off to the gym for my final session of the day. This consisted of 30 minutes on the stairway to heaven, 40 minutes of arms and then a final 20 minutes back on the stairway to heaven. All of this was completed in a million degrees heat, so the sweat was pouring off me.
Back home for meal prep and I have this down to a fine art now. A full weeks food is now prepped in just under 2 hours. Thankfully my housemate was going out for tea as my cravings have been pretty bad today. Ate my final two meals and then watched a film in bed.
So today was a pretty steady day with nothing exciting to report on really, apart from my new item which is going to help me express my current mood without speaking;
