So I didn’t blog yesterday as my cold was pretty bad and I took the advice from my coach and took the day off from training although I did do my fasted cardio in the morning. One mistake that I did make yesterday was to eat an entire bottle of vitamin C tablets in the hope that my immune system was firing on all cylinders and that I would overcome my cold over night. The result of this overdose of vitamin C was pronlonged visits to the toilet and a very swollen stomach. So my advice is don’t take too much vitamin C let alone a full bottle.
Day 28, 4 weeks left till comp and I am still full of cold. I completed fasted cardio on the treadmill this morning and my chest routine but that’s it. Hopefully on Sunday I should start to feel a bit better and be able to complete my regular two cardio sessions and arms routine. Made all my meals for next week and spent the most of the day in bed sleeping.
Not a very exciting blog, am really hoping I pick up health wise as I am running out of time.
